The stay was comfortable and peaceful

Everyone was friendly and welcoming and the view was stunning I loved that everything was eco friendly and they implemented sustainability, also we appreciate that the chef provided us with halal food

The fireworks during wedding was scary when we where in the room since no one inform us Another time we where in the restaurant and the fire work was very close to us I recommend to do it a little far away

Stunning view, attentive service

Service is really good for all staff, especially supervisor Adi, attentive, and he remember all of our family member name and greet us every day druing brekfast time, asking us for any help we need, recommend us place to go. Moreover, Adi help us to arrange car service and restaurant booking (nearby hotel - Meliani, table he reserve for us get the best view of sunset), my family enjoy this holiday so much. This hotel get the best sea pool.view in Uluwatu, view is stunning.

Impressive accomodation experience at Six Senses Uluwatu

The view is magnificent! And the staff here are lovely and friendly. We also love our Villa which is spacious and it is designed with attention. We can see the stunning ocean view directly from our room, not to mention the lovely private pool.

The swimming pool is really amazing!

The swimming pool is really amazing! View from there is spectacular. Beautiful area of the hotel. Possibly the best view in Uluwatu. Very peaceful and quiet place.

The stuff seems quite unprofessional. It wasn’t easy to communicate there. Everyone speaks English very bad and weren’t be able to answer even simple questions. The hotel is offering two restaurants and one bar but food there was really disappointing experience, except breakfast maybe. I really think they should hire another chef. Because the hotel is brand new, we weren’t be able to sleep peacefully. Construction work didn’t stop even at night. I hope, all that issues will pass away in the future, because location and the ocean view are definitely worth to spend there couple of nights.

Really good!!

The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. View is beautiful. Room is very comfortable and nice. The only thing i would highly recommend is please put a day bed or simply table and chair at the terrace. So, guests can have a nice drink while looking at the view.

Best: Views from the pool and SPA.

Best: Views from the pool and SPA. Masseuses had incredible technique. Love the little touch of thoughtfulness that came in a ready supply of fresh aloe vera/cucumber to guests with sunburns. Good: Staff were earnest and warm. F&B was well priced. Management was fairly accommodating. Cliff bar has unbelievable views of the horizon/sunset. Be sure to be early to secure the best seats.

A genuinely happy stay.

The room services, guest services were excellent. I like the welcoming atmosphere and hospitality the most. Every staff is friendly, nice and helpful.

The room condition and quality were superb but a few points were deducted because the bathtub wasn't completely clean. And the room control panel should be redesigned to be more user friendly.

Amazing location, beautiful villas and facilities however, a major investment in staff is required!

What impressed me most was the beautiful views. Size of the villa was perfect. Good facilities.

Most staff were unprofessional and could not understand basic (very basic) English! Some staff ask so many questions just as you are about to have your meal whether it was in our villa or in one of their restaurants. Reception staff played around with transport rates just like the local taxi drivers which I thought was very unprofessional and disappointing. Sometimes it was higher for short trips and other times it was lower for longer trips.

Beyond amazing staff and service. The view is amazing and pool area one of the most beautiful ever. Calm and peaceful athmospere all around hotel. Villa was spacious, clean and stylish. We loved everything.

Just about everything!

Just about everything! Well most of it, especially the rooms and villas. We stayed in private villas and the view was breathtaking. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. They provided everything ranging from umbrellas and insect repellent to aloe vera gel in case you get sun burnt (which I did). Room service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to spend a cost time with a loved one, especially if it’s a honeymoon.

Well, everything was wonderful but if I have to pick something then it’d be food. I wish they include more cuisines. As much as we enjoyed Indonesian meals, we’d have loved some pasta or maybe a pizza for a change. There are not many restaurants nearby so we were in a fix by the end of our stay.

Hardware is one of the best.

Hardware is one of the best. Good location and great cliff view.

Service needs to be improved. You may assume basically no proper service at all, compared with other peers like four seasons. Make you feel like you even have got a butler, but the fact is you even cannot get any service efficiently and properly except for calling buggy or in room dinning. Staff are new, nervous, attentive but at wrong angel or timing, which make me even have to give fake smiles to avoid the embarrass. First night’s dinner - Waiting for quite long but no one come, after we asked three staff to order. Floating breakfast - originally booked for 9am, agreed to change to 8:30am as the butler told me that 9am is too busy for the restaurant to prepare floating breakdancing. However, there is a miscommunication between the butler and the restaurant. We got up very early, however the breakfast is 30 minutes late. When we called, no one can reply what happened with the breakfast as if the it flied away, which is even worse. Car booking - we booked a three-hour car use by phone. However, when we got the lobby ( lucky that I asked where is the car), no one knows, and no records show we booked the car. It seems one staff find a outsourced driver for us - which came 30 minutes late and is not a car of the hotel. Illness - Got a diarrhea during my stay and the staff at the lobby even does not forget to remind me they can find medicine form me but that will be additionally charged... he even did not ask whether my illness is due to the food there. I was totally upset and angry. I was like, come on, you are gonna saving a life, how can you think about money so seriously at the moment...another staff finds a nurse for me in the end after my complaint, which is the third one I contacted to ask for help, and is around 40 minutes after my first request for help. Although the hotel tried to make up and apologize for certain of the issues, after all those, I was totally upset and disappointed. Basically The Six Senses is removed from my list.
